Whats the difference between a man being friendly and flirty? The situation is that he says lovely stuff to me all the time, smiles constantly. prolonged eye contact, nervousness on first greeting with looking down. trying to make me laugh, excuse touching and a great rapport. He also openly stared at my feet as I took off my boots and put then back on. When I looked up he quickly turned away. He offered me a job too where he works? Are these signs he likes me like that?

haha im sure you probably know the answer yourself to this one =D
this guy is obviosuly being flirty because a guy who doesnt like you would not do this and this guy is doing all this just to get closer to you.
Hes just shy, thats why he is nervous with you at first and then like you said, you looked at him after you changed your boots and he turned away.. another sign of nervousness.. either that or he is too shy to admit some boot/foot fetish lol.
the offering job is great if he just wanted to be friends but i think he wants to be more and i would not consider working together until you find out if he likes you. its not good to work with someone your dating, leads to all kinds of trouble.
So yes these are signs he likes you, go for it if you like him - he wont say no.
If it so happens hes not into you (which is slim chance) you have another good friend and work mate anyway, cool huh?

Oh, she (most likely) fancies you. Absolutely, if i know anything as a girl myself. Definitely continue to pursue her how you think is appropriate, but be careful to make sure she is comfortable. Try to find a balance between coming on strongly romantically and coming on friendly. As most girls do, id guess she likes it when guys take the lead, but then again i do not know her specifically. So just be careful, but feel free to go for it! Good luck!!

I would think yes, but dont take a job where he works.
Work place romances have more of failure rate than other
romances.
If you break up you will have to see him everyday and he could possibly get you fired........after all he got you the job.

I believe he likes you. But seems like the type you could run all over. I definetely wouldn't go to work where he works. That could be trouble. Take it slow but I think he won't be challenging and you'll get bored.

It sounds like he likes you, maybe more than you think. But the best way to tell is if he acts like that in a crowd or just when you're alone. If both....he's smitten with you.
