was blocking me from exiting the door. She then said excuse me and we ended up walking the same way with her in front of me. She turned around before she turned towards her office and said " I guess my butt was causing a traffic jam". There was nobody around and she had that "we've known each other long enough" look in her eyes but I chickened out and ran away the other way. Was she making a move on me and should I take the bait next time? She is pretty hot and always talks about having children even though she hates all men. What would you do next time?

She was not necessarily flirting with you... she could have just been joking around with you, and reassuring you that you've known each other long enough to make risque jokes without it being termed as "sexual harassment."
It's doubtful that "she hates all men" - she probably has been screwed over by boyfriends in the past, and has a low tolerance for arrogant male BS. There's almost always an unspoken caveat at the end that sentence - "I hate all men (who are total jerks)!"
Next time, try flirting with her just a little bit and making a few jokes, but be prepared to pull back and apologize if you overstep.

Consider this.....if she's making a move on you, then doesn't that make it a bit obvious that she is.....seeking the attention? I wouldn't put any effort into "going for it". Women love the challenge of turning men on and once you ask her out, she will have the mind set that the challenge is over. If she was at all interested in moving into a relationship level with anyone, she would do it in a more self respecting manner. Getting into it with people you work with most often works against you and could potentially cost you your career. Be careful, if you are just looking for a "one night stand", perhaps you should look for a stranger. If you are looking for something more long term, it doesn't sound like she's the one.
Sorry, keep looking, just don't touch.

If you want to be charged with sexual harrassment and ruin your career, sure....if you have all of your wits, avoid the woman and try not to be alone with her. She sounds like trouble waiting to happen, and you as the victim. A 'romance' at work is always a big mistake, as news travels fast, and then....how do you break it off? Keep your brains in your head and don't take any chances, it could be expensive in many ways. Best wishes

Hmmmm ... a woman who talks about having children and hates all men ... if you take the bait, enjoy paying child support for the next 20 years and never seeing your child ... I say stay away from her, she's poison.
