B. animal products
Saturated fat (def) :
Saturated fat is fat that consists of triglycerides containing only saturated fatty acids. Saturated fatty acids have no double bonds between the carbon atoms of the fatty acid chain (hence, they are fully saturated with hydrogen atoms). There are several kinds of naturally occurring saturated fatty acids, their only difference being the number of carbon atoms - from 1 to 24. Some common examples of saturated fatty acids are butyric acid with 4 carbon atoms (contained in butter), lauric acid with 12 carbon atoms (contained in breast milk, coconut oil, palm oil), myristic acid with 14 carbon atoms (contained in cow milk and dairy products), palmitic acid with 16 carbon atoms (contained in meat) and stearic acid with 18 carbon atoms (also contained in meat and cocoa butter).
where are they found ?
Saturated fatty acids are found primarily in animal products, including dairy items, such as whole milk, cream, and cheese, and fatty meats like beef, veal, lamb, pork, and ham. The fat marbling you can see in beef and pork is composed of saturated fat. Some vegetable products including coconut oil, palm kernel oil, and vegetable shortening-are also high in saturates.
why are Saturated fats hard to burn ?
Saturated fats are a chain of carbon atoms thus to break their bonds we require larger amount of energy. Thus their large energy demand hinders them from breaking.
Health issues :
Diets high in saturated fat correlate results in increased atherosclerosis and coronary heart diseases. This is due to high content of cholesterol in the blood. cholesterol is a type of fat that is essential in small amounts for cells in the body (e.g. brain cells).
The major sources of saturated fat in our daily diet include:
(1) cooking fats and spreads (e.g. butter, margarine, lard).
(2) fatty meats and meat products, such as red meat and poultry skin.
(3) full fat milk, cheese and other dairy products.
(4) chips.
(5) biscuits, cakes, pastries, sweets and chocolates.

Saturated fats are found in all animal flesh, as well as the by-products of slaughter house. Saturated fat is also found in dairy-products and coconut oil.
Other than that you are safe. A direct source of good fat would be avocado and tofu.
