We won't have a gender there because gender is part of a proceate need. We won't procreate when we are in spirit form. Plus those in Hell will be too busy being in pain and suffering to care about loving anyone else.

Hell will be the absence of all good things that God has created. So there will be no love, no friendship, no companionship, no happiness. It will be a gloomy place with no hope and no sharing, just individual misery in an ocean of other souls trapped within their individual misery.
