Do the pee a little and then hold it, then let a little more out then hold it. This will help re-strengthen your bladder.
If you are talking about a foggy brain, you can't think or feel confused about everyday things like whether or not to shower or do the morning laundy first...that is common and may be a little postpartum depression (or a lot). You should ask your doctor to be sure and safe.

Do you mean bladder weakness? Do pelvic floor exercises- imagine you are trying to stop a flow of urine, hold those those muscles together for a few seconds and release. Do this many times a day, in sets of ten.
That may help you regain control :)

talk to a doctor it may have something to do with age or genetics or it could be a need to stengthen muscles so talk to a doctor about what you should do we arent the medical experts and he will tell you to do this and that and get you something that works
