I usually buy a regular bread. But just yesterday, I got sandwich sized whole wheat bread.

I usually buy whatever is on sale. I notice, however, that the sandwich sliced bread is thinner, completely square (no rounded top) and makes for a much prettier presentation (especially when making grilled cheese). It also works better when I make my kids PB&J and use the little stamper/sealer thing I have for them. Overall, I guess I prefer sandwich sliced bread.

I buy "light" thin sliced bread because it has less calories. I tried the very thin kind sold by Pepperidge Farms, but it was far too thin and small of slices to make anything except toast.
