For most people, it isn't healthy to lose that much weight in only a week. However, my mom tried a detox cleanse, called the master cleanse, and lost about 10lbs. in 7 days. It's the same cleanse Beyonce used to quickly lose weight for her role in "Dreamgirls". Be warned though, any weight lost that fast is probably mainly water weight, and you'll gain it back as soon as you go back to your regular diet.

I dont think you can lose 10 pounds in a week. In a safe healthy way. Here's what im doing to lose 10 pounds, but not in a week.
I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:
Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home
Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight. Also, its not really dieting because its yummy. :] I hope this works for you!

First is it unhealthy to loose so much weight in a small amount of time and
Second it will come right back on and then some.
you need to realize that weight wil take a while to come off. 2-3 pounds in a month really add up. that's a good 36 pounds a year.
a single pound is Worth 3500 calories. one typically burns 1500-2000 calories a day. looking at the numbers it is impossible to loose 10 pounds in 7 days. if you do, it will mostly be water weight and you will gain it right back.
If you are desperate to loose weight, set a long term goal for yourself that is reasonable. realize it will take time and realize it is not crucial that you loose 10 pounds in a week. you will be so much more happier if you loose it over a long period of time. and it will stay off.

never try and lose that much in a week, its very unhealthy, and can actually damage your body. try and lose the 10 lbs over a peroid of two or three weeks...

yea ur just asking to be hospitalized! dieting takes time. maybe 5lbs in a week but thats about it. just go jogging and cut back on junk foods and drink plenty of water and watch your calorie intake. good luck

Oh wow...the only way to lose that much weigh is to starve yourself or go on a liquid diet. But I have to say that if you do this you could get sick/faint/die.

Eat very little...like a salad a day...and drink only water...no salt...and take laxatives...although, I do NOT recommend doing this for real.

work out or jog that works. I lost 15lbs by jogging in a week. Anything is possible, If you try.
