I have lumbar, cervical, and thoraic spondylosis, can I get disability retirement with the usps?

Make sure you talk to a Union rep. or someone else without a bone to pick. The USPS just wants you out to get your code 49's cleared out of the system. Disability retirements are like walking through a minefield, and once you leave the USPS won't want to be bothered with you because they push the issue off of the DOL. Be VERY VERY careful about deciding to leave. In 20 years I've never met anyone who's terribly satisfied with a USPS disability retirement.
