Hair, on average, grows up to 1/2 inch per month, and there aren't many things a person can do to increase that number. However, there are things you can do to ensure steady hair growth. Frequent trimming is the most important. Get the ends trimmed every 6-8 weeks to avoid getting split ends, which can halt hair growth. Nutrition is also important. A lack of nutrients can slow down hair growth. Taking a multi-vitamin supplement may help your hair grow faster. Adequate sleep helps as well, since sleep helps regulate hormone levels.
Taking off 1/2 an inch every 8 weeks at a growth rate (which is GENETIC AND CANNOT BE ALTERED BY HAIR PRODUCTS!!!) of 1/2 an inch (which is average) a month it would take you 8 months to grow your hair out. Not trimming off those split ends will put a halt on your hair growth.

It depends on the person. For me when I'm healthy my hair grows out between 1/4" & 1/2" a month. But for other people it can be less or more, the average if you have "Black" hair is about 1/4" maximum, "White" hair is about 1/2" minimum.
The way to insure maximum hair growth is to take a vitamin(like prenatal ones) and stimulate(massage) your scalp but not with your nails.
And dont forget to take hair of the hair you have.

Depends on the person. Me - it would take me a year. My son, who is 17, he could grow 4 inches of hair in 2 months. My daughter, about 6 months. It depends on the person.

It is different for different people; but the average growth rate barring health issues is about 1/2 inch a month. It should take about 8 months.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aLVCZ While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

It really depends on your hair..each person's hair grows differently and each person has a limit on how long it will ever grow.
