What were their cabins like,were they the open hat rack
cabins or was it the wide body look with pull down bins.
The reason I am asking I found a cabin photo in Jetphotos.net of a Omega air Boeing 707-321B(ex-Pan Am
plane) shows the wide body look cabin.I was never aware
Pan Am refurbished the cabins on their 707s.I find it
odd the cabin would be upgraded after retireing from Pan Am.

Yes, I flew on one from London to Chicago many years ago. The bins had flip doors on them - not open. I recall that the cabin looked very 'modern' even for that time. Hope this answers your question!
