No bad experiences here. We've bought 2 "work" vans, an Expedition, Chevy Venture, and a Ford Pick-up off e-bay motors. Still driving all of those except Expedition which is still being driven by the man who bought it from us. The venture is the only one we had delivered. The others we flew to where they were and drove them home (benefit of having a pilot for a fil).

i own a repair shop, and i,ll tell you what happened to a friend of mine ,last year he bought one off e-bay,and came to me and said i just bought a car,and i said good lets go see it,he said well its in another state and we have to go get it,but he had a print out of it,and it looked pretty good,he paid 2500 bucks for it,and it was already paid for,so we go to get it,we got there and the owner wasn't there ,another person was, they gave us the key ,so we tried to start it,no battery,so we go to the nearest walmart and get a good battery for it,then it starts,so we start it go down the road,I'm driving this thing, and it dies, will not start back, this was about 8 months ago,i have been a mechanic for 36 yrs, and even i cant keep it running no longer than 45 seconds, maybe a minute,he has put everything you can put on a car on this one, right now he,s so mad i think he may burn it and it didn't even look like the car he had printed out,it looked worse,he has about 4 thousand in it right now,and we also had to have it towed home from another state that twas another 400 bucks worth,so think it over real good ,this is what can happen to you ,its doesn't happen all the time, but do you want to be the one it happens to.?,if so I'm sure there's a car just waiting for you,do your self a favor, and find another source for buying a car, you,ll be glad you did, good luck i hope this help,s.

A friend of mine recently purchased a truck from a dealership on Ebay he lives in Florida and the dealership was in North Carolina they delivered the truck to his door and took his truck as a trade, sight unseen. It was easier than fighting with a salesman at the dealership.
