Jet Blue is an excellent airline. I've flown with them 4 or 5 times. They had a very unfortunate experience. You don't drum an airline out of business over a single difficulty as horrendous as it might seem. Yes, I'll be flying them again.

I would fly them again, if I found a cheap ticket on them. I fly close to 100 times a year and usually they are more expensive than other airlines. But their performance last week wouldn't stop me from flying them if I found a good deal. I've had far worse service from United Airlines - and at least JetBlue is trying to make up for it which United has no interest in doing.

I usually fly either American Airlines or USAirways - they usually have the cheapest flights and offer decent service in my experience with them (dozens of times a year on each airline).

In response to Ash (above), all of Jetblue's aircrafts are less than 7 years old, they are ordered brand new from Airbus and flown in from France, and the E190 is from Brazil.....and most are pretty new.

There were many other planes stranded out there on the runway, it was just that two of Jetblue's passengers went to the press, and then Jetblue was targeted. they believe that they made a mistake which will never happen again, and they have done everything in thier power to recover and retain customers. weather is uncontrollable in the airline industry and they dont want to take off on time and kill people with it crashing.

I never have, but I don't think this would change anything as far as how likely I am to fly with them. I used to long Song, but it closed down. I just usually shop around for the best rates. . ..

They cannot be blamed for the weather. They have no control over ice and snow. They tired and to me that is what is important.
