I am recently begin working out, and I need to get something done to my hair. Just to get my own hair shampooed and styled will fall so easily while working out. I am trying to find a style that will withhold the workout and sweat. I am starting to feel like braiding in my only option.

yes braiding is just about your only option but you can get it braided in a cute poiny tail hair style or you can get a pony tail that you wrap with tracs ang get your hair geld up and sprized down real good and that should help

braiding is ur only option.......there isn't a style that i can think of that will hold up while ur working out. they are some cute styles out now that u can have done with ur braids for eg the afro kinky twist which once it is plait u can have it put up in a nice style

You didn't mention the length of your hair, but if its in a wrap style or able to be wrapped, I wrap my hair before the work out and keep it wrapped w/the scarf on if possible and it works out fine.
