I disagree with whoever said it's dangerous even if you're cautious - that statement is too general. The most cautious people will not encounter any problems (besides viruses and stuff, because some peoples pages are atrocious). But if you're not careful, it can be dangerous. Note can.

its not myspace is dangerous I mean Im on Myspace but you cant trust all the people on the internet You never Know who you are going to go meet People can Lie on the internet and find pic too Were Just trying to help you

Well, besides the obvious...people misrepresenting them, stalkers, etc., I've learned that prospective employers will go on your personal myspace to see what kind of stuff you have on there. I believe what you say on a website on your own time is your own business, but not everybody thinks the same way.

because many of the kids on there are too immature and lack common sense to be cautious. They post too much personal info, start messing with strangers, and are clueless about how evil and sick people can be. You wouldn't leave your front door wide open, but with myspace, you're opening the door to your life to strangers

They say that myspace is dangerous, cuz anybody can make one and say that they're any age. But what most people dont know it that you can set ur profile to private, and only your select friends can view it. You can also have it so secure, that they have to type in like ur last name or somehting, in order to add u as a friend. so its pretty secure.

Because you type a lot of information about yourself to the extent where people can actually know you, locate you, and perhaps kill you or rape you or something.

becuase some of the people who use it are retards, and think hey they said im hott, lets meet they seem cool from their myspace page........

some people just need to be more aware.. and more suspious of the people on there..
