Every religion worships an idol in one way or the other. Perhaps you should not be religious.

Maybe you should try a humanist religion, i.e Taoism, confucism etc rather than the corrupt mainstream ones like Christianity, Islam etc.

At one point in canada it was investigated as to wether the bible constitutes hate media, in the same chapter that it mentions homosexuality it also says you can keep slaves!!!

http://www.awitness.org/journal/hate_speech_gay_bill_c250.html

Levitcus 19:20 "If a man has sex with a slave girl he is not to be punished. She is a slave."

Other gems
"If a man rapes a girl in the city, you must stone him to death, and the woman as well." Deut. 22:24 (thats equlaity for you)

You can only take a virgin
Leviticus 21:9 If she profanes herself by playing the harlot, profanes her father; she shall be burned with fire.

Makes you ask IF Jesus came - then why? - answer - because Judaism is wrong.

The problem with the main ones is that when you read them they full of intolerance and the "keepers" of these religions are terrible, wether it be Jews bombing women and children in palestine, muslims blowing up jews, office blocks, etc, catholics bombing abortion clinics (and until recently uk citizens) as well as protecting paedophiles. Going to india and seeing the grotesque divide between wealthy and poor shows hinduism failure.

feel from heart. Every thing in this universe has some purpose and every thing is created by god. God made human. Human made religion and religion made so called god

I feel religion is not important, whats more important is for the purpose for which god ( what ever name you say ) has made us, whether we are achieving that or not.

I don't think any God ( if they are multiple for each religion) would like to be so called worshipped and the very purpose he has created us not getting fulfilled.

Christianity - it's the hardest religion to follow though. You will be mocked for the rest of your life on earth. But you will then have an eternal life of happiness.

you could try buddhism, it does not have a God or worship idols, it merely respects the buddha and follows his teachings. its more of a philosophy than a religion. alternatively why dont you make your own rather than tryin to fit into an organised religion, why dont you simply live by your own values and morals and believe watever you want to believe, you dont need to have a label. goodluck, hope u find wat you're lookinjg for!

Pray yourself. I am not jocking. The power who is running you is God's power. Or try to be neutral in each and every situation. You could start doing this for 5 minutes initially.

Get a proper understanding of Christianity by reading the bible instead of believing what you get from the media and the examples of people who claim to be Christians.
