I use FL Studio, but that just doesnt really work for me. Whats a better program to make music with?

Theres many, REASON, PROTOOLS, FRUITY LOOPS, SONY ACID
Really it depends on how you make your music.
I like acid though. been using it for years since before sony bought it. made #1 in beats 4 times on acidplanet.com

Acid Pro, and FL Studio, dont cost noo where near as much as Pro-Tools

For recording, ProTools. And its only $12,000! For basic composing, Soundtrack. If you are on a Windows machine, don't even try. THE COMPUTER ENGINEER'S CREED: Mac for art, Linux for programming, Palm for mobility, Windows for solitaire.
