You can do it using a personal computer. In the same place you set the printer you can choose a FAX mode and you be able to send and receive FAX using the net. I´m sorry I forgot you have to sign the papers, you will need a scaner and a printer to do that by the net.

Any type of postal store near you will receive your fax. You have to get their fax no. though and be there to pick up the fax. I'm sure a very small fee is involved but I know all those types of stores provide faxing services.
