Environmental Pollutants can cause anything and everything - i.e.diseases, including cancer, lupus, immune diseases, allergies, and asthma. Higher levels of background radiation have led to an increased incidence of cancer and mortality associated with it worldwide. Some illnesses are named for the places where specific pollutants were first formally implicated. One example is Minamata disease, which is caused by mercury compounds. Bad air quality can kill. Ozone pollution can cause sore throats, inflammation, chest pain and congestion. Oil spills can cause skin irritations and rashes. Noise pollution induces hearing loss, high blood pressure, stress and sleep disturbance. Contamination caused by pollution can have damaging effects in the brain and central nervous system. Studies have shown that brain of animals actually shrink from prolonged exposure to contaminants in the environment

Pollution is like slowly poisoning you so your immunity is lowered so there isn't a simple list of diseases caused by it. Many thousands of people now have asthma which is linked to air pollution because when you can't breathe clean air your lungs have to work harder and fight to keep you healthy. Pollutants leave tiny particle of poisons in your lungs and bronchial tubes which can build up and cause asthma. Water pollution does similar things by allowing tiny amounts of poisons into your body slowly and over time so your cells are no longer normal. This results is a number of different conditions which are blamed on pollutants. Many diseases are now at record highs which no one can explain except by citing pollution. Multiple sclerosis is a disease of the central nervous system and seems to be on the rise for no apparent reason since it's not communicable. Non communicable diseases are the ones most likely to be blamed on pollution and they are primarily systemic. All you have to do is watch TV and see how many ads there are for things that used to be much less common and we now see everyday.
The most obvious one is cancer of course. Again pollutants disturbs your body's ability to throw off otherwise normal things and allow it to become cancers.

Too many to list. Here's a sample: Allergies, Asthma, birth defects, cancer, dermatitis, emphysema, fertility problems, goiter, heart disease, immune deficiency diseases...
It might be easier to list the disease that are not caused by or worsened by pollution.
