That's somewhat reasonable. usually it's better to go for two pounds per week.

don't cut out all carbs! that will just make you loose water and muscle. just be sure to cut out desserts and alcohol and don't have seconds.

Cut out all sugars and breads. Make sure you do eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day to feel "full". Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and cut out all butters and especially salt. You should be able to lose 10 pounds in no time.

Eat only meat and vegetable no bread, rice, potatos, etc.

Drink water 3 glass before you eat.

Eat one time a day.

eat less, but enough that you are not starving yourself. exercise and have a variety of foods, check your portion sizes, and continue everything in moderation. you should be able to account for 8-10 pounds lost, by being sensible.
