Common sense rules here. Some people can do it while operating a complex navigational system, smoking driving a manual tranmission and changing the radio audio settings. If you can't drive safely while on a cell phone, don't do it. But It's just as dangerous...to pull over and have to merge again, especially on a freeway. So I say we were given a brain use it!!!

I am sure a lot happen. Mostly teenagers. I have seen people text messaging while driving and will be all over the road not even looking at the road even!! It is dangerous but some don't learn till it is too late!
