I have lost 52 lbs, everything looks great except my stomach. I'm tired of sucking in all day. HELP

sit ups big time,

get away from the soda

I'm guessing you already exercise, how else would you lose such an incredible amount of weight! Well Done! Cardio will get rid of the fat, sit-ups only tone the muscles but you won't see them if the fat is still there. You've lost so much weight that it may not be possible to get a completely flat stomach, but cardio will improve it. Good Luck :0)

Drink alot of water
avoid sugary and salty foods
avoid white bread
if you need bread have a slice of whole grain bread
do not eat after 7pm.

Here are some exerisess that help too

Lie on the floor and place a ball between your feet, raise the ball with your feet. Do 5 sets of 10 every day.

To crunches

Walk as much as possible

hey i know what ur going through ive always been big and like 3 yrs ago i lost 89ibs when i lived in nc and when i moved back to mass i gained it all back cause of the bad winter now im living in sc and i need to lose weight to i lost 24ibs when i firstmoved here in july but now im pregnant but plannin on losing the weight after i have the baby not much longer have 8 weeks and 2 days left but when i lost weight i still had a little bit of a stomach try doing stomach crunches when i start to lose weight im gonna walk alot do stomach crunches and drink water and watch what i eat hope i helped

sit ups, crunchies.. however u say it, thats what you HAVE to do... and when you do it, make sure you are sqeeeezing those muscles, you need to feel it to work it. every day.... if you are prety sore, skip a day, your muscles need to repair. Oh, and cut out the bread and the sugar... that will help too. Be consistant.

Work it out everyday, 30 minutes (or more) a day, make abdominal exercises and aerobic ones to lose this fat.

sit ups will not help if you have a rather big belly. fat doesnt turn into muscle. so just run alot and eat healthy.
