do you tell that person about it and invite them out? or do you not say anything? I feel like if you invite someone to celebrate your birthday, it speeds up the relationship. Any thoughts?

Sure you invite them to join in on the celebration. Don't expect it to speed up the relationship-you'll be surrounded by other guests and this person may feel awkward and left out....so don't forget to pay them some attention and make them comfortable. If the conversation of birthdates hasn't been brought up yet then this is a new relationship and don't let your feelers be hurt as you should not expect a gift. ~Happy Birthday~

Yeah i think you should. If you dont make a big deal of it it doesnt need to speed up the relationship, everyone has birthdays, i love them!

I'd say it's important to know, because imagine 6 months down the road you might be more serious and if he found out you didn't tell him then he might be a little hurt.

I would invite him, It is a nice gesture on your part and would give the impression of your interest in him.
