My girlfriend broke up with me because of age difference. I'm 20 and she's 25, but when we first met she said that she was OK with the age difference. Now, she says she isn't. Is there any way I can convince her the age difference doesn't matter?

Probably not...she left you probably b/c your not 20 but b/c you act like your 20. Some at age 20 act like there in there 30's. Its just different for everyone. Maybe she just thinks you need a little time to grow up. Who knows maybe you guys hit it up years from now.

Perhaps at the start of your relationship, she was focused on other things, like the excitement of a new relationship, etc. Now, after time, she has realized that there are too big of differences between you , and age is mainly the chiefest of them.

no because shes just not that into you sry man. When a girl relley loves you age looks and other things dosnt matter you need to go find a girl that will love you and respect you. I can guess by ur question you are a wonderful person and any respectable girl wol love to date you

she is probably using that as an excuse for some other reason..

as that age difference isn't really that bad.. unless of course your in different places.. ie.. shes working full time and your still in school..

then its more situation than age

It evidently is an issue for her. My suggestion is for you to move on with your life because, it is probably more than just age. She is using age as her reason.

Maybe, if that's the real reason. I don't think it is so I don't think you can convince her. When you're in love, your age doesn't know it, you do. She's not.
