If this is it life is a big disappointment. In 1991 I was in terrible truck accident and went into a coma, after that I unequivocally know there is a god but only one god. Have you ever been to Yellowstone national park? After visiting that place how can there not be one?

Just look around you at the sky, animals, land & people!! You cannot see God, but you need to have faith and believe. God is everywhere and with everyone. Some people don't believe in God b/c they can't see Him, but look around you at things that have happened like just missing being in what could have been a bad accident or the doctor telling you that you have a serious disease and then when you go back for tests there's nothing there!! That's God protecting us everyday in everything we do!! There is a God, an almighty God looking after all of us!!! Just have faith and believe!! Good luck to you and God bless you!!

Sometimes atheist assert that there is no proof that God exists. The only problem is that an atheist cannot logically make that claim.

In order to state that there is no proof for God's existence, the atheist would have to know all alleged proofs that exist in order to then state that there is no proof for God's existence. But, since he cannot know all things, he cannot logically state there is no proof for God's existence.

At best, an atheist can only state that of all the alleged proofs he has seen thus far, none have worked. He could even say that he believes there are no proofs for God's existence. But then, this means that there is the possibility that there is a proof or proofs out there and that he simply has not yet encountered one.

Nevertheless, if there was a proof that truly did prove God's existence, would the atheist be able to accept it given that his presuppositions are in opposition to the existence of God? In other words, given that the atheist has a presuppositional base that there is no God, in order for him to accept a proof for God's existence, he would have to change his presuppositional base. This is not easy to do and would involve a major paradigm shift in the belief structure of the atheist. Therefore, an atheist is presuppositionally hostile to any proofs for God's existence and is less likely to be objective about such attempted proofs.

How can you know there is electricity. Can't see it. You can get a jolt, see a light bulb and such but who says it's there. It is an experience you must go through. Everyone who calls themselves Christian most likely went through that experience. You have a different way of looking at things. We know that good and bad happens to all people but the view point is vastly different between people who walk with God and those who don't. I have to admit, even some who call themselves Christian can walk blindly and with a lousy attitude. But if you take on the nature which you are supposed to, then you should see a big difference between the reactions of believers and those who don't believe. Usually those who do not believe are always asking "why" or are complaining about the bad cards dealt to them by life.

How do you know that a building had a builder? How do you know that a painting had a painter? Well the building and painting are evidence that a builder and painter exist. We do this because when we see design and organization we know that someone must have put it together w/ purpose.

When we look at the universe. At both living and non-living things we see that the world is intricately designed. Far more designed than a simple building or painting. If someone looked at a building and said that it came together by chance you would laugh at them. Apply that same logic to creation. If we have an intricately designed creation we must have a creator. We call this creator God.

Now I am a Christian, so I lean toward believing in God. But it seems more logical to believe in a God, then to believe this all came by chance.

Well...if someone is very insistent that there isn't,
how come there are exorcisms?
I know personally persons who have witness this possession from the demon.
So now...if there is a demon, ultimate evil...there must be an ultimate counterpart...and there is...
That is God...
The world is so perfectly created in every detail that admitting that there is no God would be covering your eyes to the truth. I study physics and chemistry and know about anatomy and some people claim science causes you to believe that there is no God, but once you see how everything is so perfectly planned from DNA strips to universal physics laws you just can't deny there is a supreme architect of our universe, of our lives...
...That is God.

All people are accountable to God whether they have “heard about Him” or not. The Bible tells us that God has clearly revealed Himself in nature (Romans 1:20) and in the hearts of people (Ecclesiastes 3:11). The problem is that the human race is sinful; we all reject this knowledge of God and rebel against Him (Romans 1:21-23). Apart from God's grace, God would give us over to the sinful desires of our hearts, allowing us to discover how useless and miserable life is apart from Him. This He does for those who reject Him (Romans 1:24-32).
In reality, it is not that some people have not heard about God. Rather, the problem is that they have rejected what they have heard and what is readily seen in nature. Deuteronomy 4:29 proclaims, “But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.” This verse teaches an important principle: everyone who truly seeks after God will find Him. If a person truly desires to know God, God will make Himself known.

I think it depends on your own understanding and expectations of God.

Jews, Christians and Muslims believe in an all-powerful, infallible, human-like God. Their God created everything in the universe in 6 days; for some no evolution has occurred since. To the followers of those religions, the proof is that we are extraodrinarily complex creatures in an incomprehensibly complex universe.

God is therefore defined as something that is more powerful and more intelligent than us: we can't even comprehend the universe -- He created it.

So our existence is one way they know God exists.

Other religions have different beliefs and different images of God (or gods) and therefore have different proofs.

Take ancient Greek or Roman systems: if your troops prayed to Athena and you won the battle against all odds, you believed it was because Athena helped you. Your victory was proof.

Losing the battle also provided proof: your sacrifice to Athena may not have been great enough -- or your enemy's god was (temporarily) more powerful than Athena.

This continues in modern times: watch any post-game sports interview and half the players credit God with their victory, as if God wanted their team to win more than he wanted the opponent.

Creature is known by his creatures so if you look around and see from smallest to biggest things in this world U will definitely think who created these all and how the rotation of plan nets from earth to sun is going on these thinking leads one to believe that there is a creature who is running all this system and that you may call God or with any other name.

Look around you, "nature testifies of the glory of God". Creation is evidence of a creator. There are also prophecies that have been fulfilled. When the world thought earth was the back of a giant animal, Job wrote (in the book of Job) that earth was a sphere that hung on nothing. There's a lot of stuff.
