If a guy barely speaks to a girl but always looks at her. Does it mean that he likes her but is shy? He talks to other girls, but seemed kind of nervous the time he talked to me.

I'm not sure it all depends on how old you are...in school most guys give the girl he likes a lot a attention....But if he is truely shy with his feelings then he may like you....or he thinks you like him and is talking about it behind your back....

I was in the same situation, and from personal experience the only way that you will truly know is to speak to him and get the communication flowing sometimes you or he can be sending the wrong messages, body language is not 100% accurate, get to know him, he could just be shy!! Be his friend first!

I have heard often time without numbers, that love is a gift we give to ourselves, but the truth is that, sometime, when we are luck into question and fear of rejection from an opposite sex, then we withdraw from performing some of our expectation.
Yes I have hear time like this in my life, when I saw a young lady after my haert, my heart pant after her soul like a heart pant after a brook of water when one is tasty. but I never summon the courage to approach her.
Let me inform you that this guy is really in love with you, not that he is not man enough, but he respect and value you so much, he never had found the suitable word to made sure he dont piss you off. go encourage him somhow and let him have security, gradually things will work out

It sounds like he really likes you and is afraid that he will say or do something that you will not like. You might want to try getting him to talk about something that really interests him and show your interest. That will quickly loosen him up.
