GO SEE A DOCTOR.... With these symptoms it could be dangerous to solicit the opinions of others. See the doc and if it's nothing, let them tell you or treat your sinus infection if that is what it is.

yes they can. your sinuses have ducks that are connected to your mouth which is connected to your esophagus which is connected to your lungs, so when your sinuses clog so does your air way, it also makes the face swallow to the point where it feels like your face is numb. hope that helps
