And im in way worse shape than ever before. I dont want to be a dad that cant even play with his kids outside, I need some help ..need Advice. thanks

if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing. These guys will get you going and give more energy than you'll know what to do with, you will have no problem playing with your kids. good luck, Lucinda

Well it sounds to me that you are starting jsut by asking for help. I can tell you that the Weight Watchers plan is awesome. My dr says that everyone should eat that way. It is easy and you can eat what ever you want. You don't ahve to go to meetings or anything just drop in one and get the books and leave.
I have had great success and a lot of people I know have. It is just teaching yourself how, what and when to eat. Your kids won't mind it either,
You will find that after the first few times you force yourself out of bed to go work out the easier it is. Just get moving. Go for walks with your kids too! They will love the time with you and get active as well. Good luck and make good choices!

first, I am sorry about your situation. I have many clients that have been through the same. Start slow, get back into activity, start out with 2-3x per week, walking, jogging, etc...once you get that habit down, add another activity. one thing at a time. change your eating habits the same way. start adding more water, then fruits and veggies, whole grains, etc...when you need another change to your routine add strength training 2-3x/week. a slow progression of changes will help over time. you didn't lose and then gain the weight again overnight, so your changes won't happen overnight either.
best wishes.

get a therapist.. go do this diet: http://mypyramid.gov ride a bike and get more involved with the kiddies.. that'll help tons.

got to get moving on. no motivation.. just get up one day and do stuff.

and see if you can't keep trying to do stuff daily.

and avoid crap food... that stuff only makes you sluggish.

:D
