Depends on if you want a cat back system or true duals, exhaust on a V6 usually sounds like crap, but it can be done. I would say anywhere between $300-$700 depending on what you want done. Performance wise, it would help a little, but not too much, maybe 5-10 HP at the wheels. You need to get headers, a bigger Y-pipe(this is one of the most restrictive parts of your exhaust), a high flow catalytic converter(that is if you live in a state where they do the sniff test, if not go without the cat if you can, some exhaust shops might not allow this though), and performance mufflers to get the best benefit.

Try looking up some forums for your vehicle like dodgetalk.com and look in your specific vehicle forum for the best help from people who have done this mod.

All the places around me charge $200 for dual exhaust, which is dirt cheap, and for performance you car will sound better and you will get more power and better mileage.
