We would lack the ability to give to it the breath of life.That is something only God can do.So it would not have an eternal soul to face judgment.So it might be evil or good yet it could not sin just as a animal cannot sin.

This is silly, but I'll entertain your question.

If Man were able to create humans from scratch, the copy would be faulty because man is faulty. If you read the first part of Genesis you'll see that everything God created he said was good - until he made man. Man is imperfect, mainly due to his subceptability to sin. So if man can easily sin, what makes you think a human, created by man, won't be just as sinful.

Dont we have enough population in this world as it is? It will definitely have sinful nature because man would have created for a selfish purpose

no god gave us our sinful nature and no way could we come up with something so intuative as good and evil.
