If you guys are of the right legal age nobody can separate you. That is you legal position. However, please understand that your parents are not your enemies, there also have more experience and know what is best for you guys so both of you sit together discuss your parents objections as well as other problems that may result if you guys are disowned by the parents etc. Standing up for your love may look great in the movies, in real life things could be pretty tough.

Parents always support if your love is not a controversial:
your choice must have the same expectations as your parents
if there is controversial in that they felt and will not accept: So before you make love you might have choosen all these parameters.
I always support most of the parents view
1.because of love marriage new generation will be get into trouble for their marriage: I am seeing in many families ..inter caste marriage unable to find suitable groom or bride for their children.
2.the both side relatives are new and so the traditional relationship will diminish
3.love marriage try to join two different culture: but it will not mingle

First of all.. Correct ur question.. it must be SUNNIS except Muslims in ur Question. As far as Shias Abuse to the sahaba of the Holy Prophet is concerned, Shias dont degrade any Sahabi. They identify the wolves in sheeps clothing. The persons who hijacked Islam as well as the Islamic state cannot be simply called as sahabis. Also, every Sahabi is not equal. In Quran, Allah has snubbed the so called sahabis, a number of times. Shias Do repect Sahabis praised by the Prophet Himself. Whenever there is a lack of knowledge their will be a disbelief. Everyone should bear this in mind that everyone who loves the Holy Prophet and the teachings of Allah, should love and respect the persons whom the Prophet has given respect and love. Everthing is written in Quran. who r cursed and who r blessed. U can find numerous Ahadees from Sunni books that support Shia Allegations. so please, read Quran, the Tafaseer and be impartial. If u wanna find the right path.. Read tafaseer from all the faiths. Lastly, u have rightly quoted in the end. "Allah is with them who shows patience" On this parameter, Shias qualify. From more than 1400 years they r the sufferers from the brutalities of Anti Islamic forces. They have been killed furiously and yet they survive because "Allah is with them" For Maria, The rule u r setting that a person should follow wat majority follows is wrong. In Quran, Allah has said that the majority is going to be in hell. I'll give u the right reference of the Ayah n Surah on ur request. Regards to all

If you are a minor, your parents are right. You gotta concentrate more on other aspects of your life. If you are an adult, yet you gotta understand your responsibilities before making any decision. You didn't even describe the situation. Why are they trying to separate you? Are you contributing enough into your family so that they can trust your decisions?

What is your age. What is your so called love/lover age. Depending on that only something can be told. If you are a minor, it is time for you to study. When you are without job even if you are major, it is not time for love. First settle in life and think of love. If he/she is still available, then I do not think your parents will oppose the relation. Understand that our parents are our WELL WISHERS only.

Can you imagine yourself for a moment and
See your seft behaving with your sun/daughter..
the way you think your Parents are doing right now with you..
If you can not even think or dream to do with your son/daughter then
be sure your Parents can not do, however there is somthing as you are feeling something odd, then find a way out, and you will definately find a smooth way out to resolve the issue...

First introspect whether you really love her, and when u r sure then check whether u can live whole life with her, if its affirmative then try to make urself financially independent, and finally do court marriage and tell ur parents about that.
Things will gradually return to normal, nothing will happen, beleive urself.
