I have a desk jockey job and I'm starting to get a gut on me. I need a workout for my abs that i can do in my office. any suggestions

first, you have to do cardio work to lose ab inches. strengthening them will do just that, but until you lose the inches, you won't see them.
invest in a pilates ball for chair and do some cardio to lose the inches. also walk during lunch.

Hello fellow desk jockey. Ride that cubicle! Anyway ab exercises will not burn fat. You need to do cardio for that. Go for a run around the campus during your lunch break.
