We c each other at skul but we never really talk but whenever i pass by her she looks at me n wen i look bak she turns bak wen i c her she talked to me once in p.e but that's all i have wit her and once she came to me in class and said hi but she and i didnt say shyt and i dont have experience wit gurls n shyt. but she's too cool for me if i speak up i mite jus get dissed by her n she hangs out wit them other guys. wut do i do or say nextime coz inoe she likes me...can a filipino guy date a chinese girl?

It doesn't matter what race you are...you just might look cute together :) If you want to start dating cute girls like this you have to open your mouth, especially when she makes the first move...don't set yourself up to be a dork.
The next time you see her in the halls, stop her and introduce yourself. Ask her if she is seeing someone. Tell her you want to meet her at lunchtime on the courtyard or some other common place.Buy her a drink. Ask her if she wants to do something on Saturday. Ask her if she has an e mail address. If you are shy you can always communicate on the computer. Its a goood ice breaker

and ahemm what to say first hi and ask how she's doing then
uhmmm
talk about something you have in common
and then make her laugh
and then when she smiles at you ask her if she wants hang out or something sometime ok not a date though that just puts too much pressure on u and dosent look your ready for that but this will do for now ok laters..

Girls love guys who can make them laugh (not for the whole convo) Talk about things you both like or your interests or what you have in common! Trust me it works! Just don't try to talk to her with other guys she might be talking to around! No girl likes a guy who interrupts..... some.
