It really doesn't matter, the calories you burn depend on your workout and how hard your working out that day. I would recommed the late afternoon or evening, that way your muscles are warmed up and not cold and your more alert. Good luck.!!

I don't know that any one is better; it depends on the person's personal preferences. I for one don't like exercising in the morning; my muscles are stiff from sleeping, I'm still waking up, and I'm hungrier throughout the day and end up eating more. I prefer to work out at night after a light dinner, but that's just me. You're going to burn the same amount of calories if you do the same activity regardless of the time of day.

depends on how you feel. you are going to burn the same amount of calories either way, but if you are too tired in the AM you may feel like you didn't get enough of a workout and want to do more later. be careful at night that you don't exercise too close to bedtime, or the energy you build up after a workout will keep you awake. but overall you will be sleeping better and have more restful sleep in the long run.

The calories you burn do not depend on the time of day that you work out, it depends on how hard you work. I would recommend that you work out in the morning though because working out gives you energy. It is really hard to unwind after an evening work out.

Its not so much time of day that's important, its your fuel level.

If burning calories is your primary goal, do your workout around 90 minutes after a light meal. Your system then thinks it can burn with abandon rather than going into energy conservation mode.

In the morning before you eat breakfast. That way, you burn off what you ate the day before. Exercising in the morning also boosts your metabolism for the rest of the day and gives you an energy boost too!

I'd say in the afternoon. When you do that in the morning, you'd end up gainging the weight that you lost and it seem like you didnt do any thing at all. Also when you done excerising, you can go to sleep after that, because it makes you tired.

Ask your body that question! Try both and see what your body says. If you are a late riser then morning exercise is not for you, but could be good if you're an early one.

It doesn't really matter. Most people say to exercise in the mornings, but as long as you do it, it doesn't matter. But if you have sleep problems, don't do it at night. That will only make your sleeping problems worse.
