i wanna start eatting better so what all should i start doing

and would i be able to eat junk every one in a while,

im in the 9th grade and weigh 106 so please help me

are you anorexic, just think, 9th grade and barely over 100 pounds, THAT ISNT MUCH, YOU ARE SKINNY

If you're still in school, the best thing you can do for healthy eating is avoid the vending machines and school lunch lines and bring your own healthy lunches. Sandwiches with lean meats on whole wheat bread or veggie sandiwches and friuts and vegetables are good for lunch, and so is water.

Make sure you always eat breakfast, even if you're in a hurry. Have a nutrigrain bar or low fat yogurt on the way to school.

Cut out sodas or save them for once a week. You can still eat sweets or junk, but try and limit it to 200 calories of junk food per day. I'm assuming, at 106, you don't need to lose much if any weight (depending on your height)

dont starve urself
eat reasonable portions of food
treat eat more fruit and veg (at least 5 a day )
make fruit salads, smothies eat fruits on their own
try to eat less fried foods
u should treat urself once in a while dnt go over the top though

try to see a dietitian they can give better advice than me

Find a copy of the food pyramid and try to follow it.
A little junk food never killed anybody, but remember this: junk food is addictive. The more you eat, the more you want. Save your calories for nutritious foods.

Eat vegetables, avoid eating red meat every day. Avoid potato chips. I eat a lot of veggies myself. When you want a snack, have some fruit or carrot sticks instead of a cupcake or whatever.

Vegetarianism is the best way to go and, yes, it's fine to eat junk once in a while.

you only weigh 106 you dont need to loose weight thats like nothing sounds to me like you could gain a few punds and it wouldnt matter

eat mostly good for you stuff and limit how much junk...maybe ONE piece of cake per day, or a SMALL bag of chips,ect.
