will i get sicker? cause its kinda necessary that i go run

yea cuz at the moment ur body is weak and trying to recover so running and exhausting ur body will make u even worse cuz u'll be strainin ur body to do sumthin it's in no condition to do at the moment. it may b important to u but u hav to rest cuz u can pass out if u overdo it.

Here's a good guideline to use when sick. If your symptoms are from the neck-up you can work out: weightlifting and cardio but at a lower intensity.

If symptoms are from the neck down then cut out your cardio and rest!!!

When you exercise, there is a suppression of the immune system. This is normal.

If this is for a race you might need to take it easy for a bit until you recover. You exercising your body when its sick can make you sicker. This could extend the amount of time you are ill which may cost you even longer to get back to your running.

Not really. Exercising actually helps your immune system. You may want to slow down a bit though, and jog instead of run.

i always run when im sick...like a cold, i actually like it better because it seems easier to run because im concentrated on my running and no, its never made me sicker.

If they are easy pace it will help with any nasal congestion you may have. (I'm assuming you are an active person and not sedetary.)
