can some 1 tell me were i can get help for nerovision 3 a file called advrcntr2.dll could no be found?

when i add a video clip to make your own dvd-movie section of nero-vision 3 a message comes up saying this advrcntr2.dll could'nt be found on the system

As a MCSE and A+ tech who does out sourced teh work, any time you have an error that ends with the .dll it is the dynamic linking library, a set of files that runs the "exe" files and the way the program runs and executes.

I would recommend if there is an update to the program, go to the companys website and load any updates or if not and you have the CD delete the program ,and try to reinstall it, at some point in the use or running of the program, that file became corrupted or was delete by the program or your OS. If none of those work you may need to get a new program, it may just have been a glich in the current version or a minor issue when you were using it, try to do as much as possible before investing in a new program.
