I think it does by default - it says Jesus was perfect and that sex outside of marriage is a sin, so Jesus would never have had sex.
Unless he got married, which would change the whole scenario. The Bible never says anything about whether he was married or not.

Since Jesus is the only sinless human being to have ever lived on this earth, He was the perfect sacrifice for sin. Since sex outside of marriage is sin, and Jesus was never married, then it follows that Jesus never had sex.
Although sex is important, as it is ordained by God, people often mistakenly put too much emphasis on it. The real emphasis should be placed on the heart to heart (intimate) fellowship which Jesus had with those who believed in Him during His time on earth and the same heart to heart (intimate) fellowship which those who believe in Him today may have as part of His Body and His Bride. Sex is brings momentary pleasure, but, relationship with Jesus is eternal, and He focused on the eternal in everything He taught and everything He did.

Jesus did not commit any impure actions. Since he did not marry, it would have been impure for him to have had sex. Therefore, it stands to reason that Jesus did not have sex.
Jesus is the only one who was among us without sin.
he DID NOT MARRY OR HAVE KIDS!!!!!!!!! Dan Brown and "The Da Vinci Code" have messed around with our minds! JESUS DIDN'T MARRY!!!! THERE ARE NO PEOPLE ON EARTH THAT CAN BE TRACED BACK TO JESUS!
