Sorry, no book will keep you motivated as such. It might get you going, but the road of dieting is a long one and your main companion is you!!!!

Focus on why you want to diet and keep that in mind. Spend a little time visualising yourself looking slim after all the dieting. Your motivation has to be the reason why you want to do it. Why do you want to diet? Take that and write it down and stick it on the fridge. Write it on a card and keep looking at it.

My motivation for dieting and exercising is that I want to look good this summer in a tight T-shirt and jeans. I'm aiming for a six-pack. I can see myself with it and I really want it. You just need to work out why you want ot do it and then keep focussed on that.

Don't try a book - Try a diet!!
I used a diet from A1diet and I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks. It was really easy to keep motivated because I had a personal weightloss coach to help me and keep me on track - but also because I was getting results that just helped me to keep going!!

Honestly....There isn't.The only one that will help you lose weight is you. Sorry to be a downer. But it can be done. It's a good test of you rwill and selfcontrol. By see your doctor for a good diet program and stick to it. If not, eat six small meals a day instead of the usual 3. Eat more veggies and meat and cut down all your your carbs. Very little bread. No rice, beans or tortillas. Little fruit as it converts quickly to carbs. And lots and lots of water. You won't see any weight lose in the first couple of weeks but you'll see yourself losing inches. Hang in there. it'll happen.

The Abs diet with it you can get abs but its realy based around a core diet scheme of eating small meals a day and also has a lot of pages of easy workouts you can do at home. Has tons and tons of good reviews. Ive also read it and has Very solid info that debunks other popular diets out there.
