Shar-pei.
They are a Chinese breed originally used for dog fighting.They make great pets but the wrinkles can cause eye problems and skin problems.

It is a Chinese Shar-pei. They are very cute as puppies but can develop major skin issues, usually don't live very long (average 8 years), and can be aggressive.
