I need to lose my last couple pounds and trim down by next Friday. I've heard that crash dieting is a good way to lose those last pounds. My idea is to eat a lot of apples and things that are high in fiber. That will make me have to go to the bathroom more. Won't that work?

Do you have any other ideas? I know it's not really healthy, but I've been dieting and I just ran out of time. What are some other crash diets?

LOL All that fiber might make you constipated, and then you'll be full of it. Just eat more protein, and cut out all carbs for a week.

crash dieting is not even a good idea and can cause you long term health problems. SO I will tell you this; drink lots of water, work out, and eat at least 4 small meals aday. You will lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off longer. Good luck and make good choices
