I need to lose my last couple pounds and trim down by next Friday. I've heard that crash dieting is a good way to lose those last pounds. My idea is to eat a lot of apples and things that are high in fiber. That will make me have to go to the bathroom more. Won't that work?
Do you have any other ideas? I know it's not really healthy, but I've been dieting and I just ran out of time. What are some other crash diets?
