The Bible tells us that Jesus had four brothers: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas (Matthew 13:55). The Bible also tells us that Jesus had sisters, but they are not named or numbered (Matthew 13:56).

It is my understanding that Jesus did not have any "step" sisters. Any children born to Joseph and Mary after the birth of Jesus would have had the same mother and therefore would be "half" sisters. However, I am not sure the culture in which they were raised would be in agreement with the way we define relationships in our culture today.

Jesus didn't have step-siblings, just brothers and sisters "in the Lord", whom the Bible repeatedly refers to as the "brethren" of Jesus.
