Wow, that's been there for awhile. I think the average lifespan of a crown is 10 years. I got one when I was18 and I'm 27 now. Unfortunately I have an appointment on Monday to get mine replaced too! You should go to the dentist soon, because you don't want food to get inside and cause serious tooth decay...then you would have to get a root canal...yikes! Make an appointment today! I'm dreading Monday!

Depending on the tooth itself and how much is left of the tooth, you should inquire with your dentist about getting a tooth colored "inlay". It is usually 80% cost covered by your dental plan or 100% covered at some clinics.

Go to the dentist they will have to check for decay underneath it. If there is no decay then they may be able to recement it. If they find decay or a problem with the crown they may have to replace it. If you are unfamiliar with the dentist you can always get a second opinion.
