How would you know if a girl at work fancied you???
Are these good signs: continuous flirting,being rude to you 1 day,but polite the next,saying she wants to get to know you better?
She always mentions how I pulled her mate - WHY???

I pulled her mate when we all went out as a group.This was 2 months ago!Why she keep bringing it up?

From what you say I think it sounds obvious that she is "attracted" to you - however, do not take this for granted. If you are 'interested' use carefull approach - it may sound a little 'coy' but the art of romance is such a sweet thing.

Well, the continuous flirting is a sure sign but if she's rude one day & fine the next, she may have gotten jealous for some reason & is cool the next day b/c she's over it. That could be seen as sign of fondness of you. As far as the "Get to know you better" line..she may be confused. Or you may be confused & being seing all of this as a sign of her wanting you when she's just a natural flirt (im guilty of that myself). But I know im confused simply by your "I pulled her mate" statement....what the hell does that mean?

i don't think she fancies you, she sounds like a c**k teaser, she is full on when she wants but backs off when you show interest, and she mentions her mate to make sure you don't have an interest.
i think she is playing games
she prob feels comfortable around, thats why she can play those games, which is good, for her, its prob best you stay mates with her and not get strong feelings for her, could be awkward
get to know her and maybe be her soul mate she is looking for, its always nice when us girls have a lad we can get on with and there is nothing else there

She's probably scared. You become so vunerable when someone knows you fancy them in the wrong hands that imformation is deadly and can bring pain to both parties.

What you have described are the early signs of lunacy manifesting itself in irrational behaviour, does she sneak up behind you and blow a trumpet in your ear when you`re not expecting it?does she wear extravagant hats?has she taken to dragging heavy chains behind her?If yes to any of above she is verging on madness.

Some females are mean when they like guys because they don't know what to say. Sounds like she likes you maybe you should ask her out.
