Its a thick cloud of pollution (about 8-10 kms thick) covering entire southeast asia. It makes the skies in the south east asian countries look brownish and not clear blue(as you would notice in US ). Its caused by extreme pollution and its effects are bad , it has also impacted agriculure produce.
