My sister said that she saw women in the mall doing demonstrations of this new straightner that can also curl your hair... sounds wierd to me.

Yeah! its a staightener but also can make curls, I have one its called Corioliss Pro but I think other brands make them too.

Yeah, there are a bunch. I actually have the new flat iron straightener that works wonderfully. My sister even has a better one that can straighten, curl, cringe and lots of other things without even changing the appliance. She got it from a TV offer for 150 dollars! It's called the Maxx Brush. If the hair straightener that your sister saw at Great Lakes Mall i think i saw the same one. It was like 250 dollars. SO to answer your question, there are lots of hair straighteners that curl too.

I have one that does both, just add the attachment to make the curls. Gold 'n Hot made mine. I had mine for over three years.

well yeah. Conair makes one. Its a straightener on the inside and when the clamps are closed shut you can use the barrel as a curling iron
