It sounds like a diet for someone with an eating disorder.
It is very unbalanced and has hardly any nutritional value. Only someone with an aversion to food would think this way.

You could use a little better balance. Add in some protein like chicken (grilled or baked) or tuna and more fresh veggies. Fruit is great, but it seems to dominate your diet and it still has natural sugars. Eating a bit more wouldn't hurt. You need at least 1,200 calories a day, and that's towards the low end.

Oh, and the fat free yogurt has aspartame, not that great since it's an MSG.

I think that you should add some more protien into your diet. Possibly at dinner? The rest of the day sounds good, but who eats only fruit for dinner. I would eat something with a little protien instead... If you are vegeterain, go for tofu, beans or eggs.

I think its tasty...but I don't feel like you are eating either enough or the right kinds of foods. Well it depends upon your age, weight, dna and many many more things. I would say you need more variety. Maybe some protien, try nuts. For me (teenager) I eat pretty healthy when compared to other people of my age group. I am not a nutritionist....so you might not want me information.

the "concept" of your diet is very good, and that is basing it on mainly whole foods not processed foods. however the diet is not balanced. it lacks proteins, low GI carbs (lentils, beans, oats, etc.), it lacks healthy fats as well. add protein chicken, tuna, seafood, boiled eggs, nuts/seeds, etc. to the salads. you can really eat as many vegetables as you like as long as nothing with calories is added to them.

try to shoot for 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats...
the amount of calories that you consume need to be based on the amount of fat free mass that you have and your daily level of activity. see the website below.

Sounds very good but I think you need some protein otherwise all those carbs will spike your blood sugar. Maybe throw in some tofu or nuts.

Sounds like you're going to be making many trips to the bathroom. Also, in every meal, you need healthy/smart carbs, unsaturated fat, protein, and veggies to be healthy and get all your vitamins, mineral, and amino acids.

It's not what I would eat, but whatever floats your boat.
I personally would recommend eggs, hashbrowns and sausage for breakfast, drop the first snack, keep the lunch you ate, drop the second snack, and fresh fish with rice for dinner.
But that's just me...:-)
