Sunamwal, there was no difference between the Kings of France, Burgandy, or anywhere else you wish to choose in europe then. As a matter of fact there was no such distinction ANyWHERE in the entire world. Kings held their "Right" by divine decree everywhere. The UNITED STATES of AMERICA is the first place this was NOT the case in the entire history of the world. Including Greece, China, or the Goshut Indians of Central Nevada.....
