Unfortunately she calls me her young brother and I dont want that. I'm so scared to tell her about how I feel for fear that she might laugh at me or even get angry. I really love this lady. Please help me what can i do.

and tell her how much you love her. 4 years age difference is no
problem. I know a couple, she is very beautiful but 17 years older than he and they are very, very happy together.

Oh no! You are in Brother zone! Don't tell her about the crush yet, you have work to do to get out of brother zone.
She needs to see you as a man and not some little brother. If it is possible, go on a date with another woman, let your crush see you as a man. Let her see you as a desired companion.

4 years is a big difference.I think that you should just find someone your age or a bit younger.In that way you are both on the same page and want the same out of life.You say you love her....I wouldnt go that far if you are 100% sure that she is the 1.Anyways she doesnt see you more than a friend and so you cannot make people fall inlove with you.GOOD LUCK!

Numbers are just that.......my wife is 6 years older then me and we get along just fine. Ask her out and accept the fact that she might say no, but what if she says yes? Don't treat her any different. Communication is the key not an age difference. Good luck.

what kind of conversations do yall have? do yall joke around & make sexual remarks ? i say you tell her, she wont laugh. she will either tell you shes intrested or shes not. by the way how old are you? if you cant tell her to her face do the following.
call her & tell her over the phone or email her. she may call you her little brother as a wa of letting ou know she cares

The fact that she refers to you as a "brother" is probably her signal to you that she's not interested in a romantic relationship. I doubt it has anything to do with your age difference, because 4 years is an insignificant difference (unless you're a minor).

once somone considers you this way there is no way to get them to think of you in sexual way.
unless, she just said it meaning like a friend?
which still kinda means your gonna be facing an up hill battle trying to get her to like you like that,
i highly doubt shes gonna get mad.
age is not really a factor in relationships over 23.....my opinion.
