i started my diet to day but i dont know healthy or low cal foods..can someone help me with a meal plan for breakfast lunch and dinner and a snack..im only 15 so icant really cook much..andi wanted a potato but i would prolly need butter..and denise austin (fitness lady) said idaho potatoes are godd..so please help me out if ya can

eat eggs, (boiled is fine) cottage cheese, lean meats for breakfast. Try to avoid potatoes and breads for breakfast and eat protein instead.

you're only 15 so your body needs more calories for your developing years - go ahead and have a baked potatoe and if you want put butter on it - just not a lot - you need 'good fats' good carbs'... what kids don't realize is the junk food and sugary soda's sabotage their diets..
