how do i stop comparing my self to other girls?

how do i stop comparing myself to other girls? i just want to know how not to look at them and wish i were them. im tired of feeling like im not as pretty as other people. i just want to be happy with me. i know its stupid but it really hurts and sucks that i cant stop comparing myself to them. i feel ugly or not good enough when im around prettier girls.

i have this problem too, and it really does suck
what you can try to do is find something positie about yourself whenever you are around "pretty girls" , it doesnt have to be about how you look, it could be an experience that you have had that you would never trade, and just think, im glad im not them because they have never done this, or ,met this person, -
i know its really hard for you because it is for me too, i just hope that maybe when we get older, we will be pretttier and they will be uglier, idk :)

Come On gal!pick up your self-esteem!Never feel yourself that you are not as good enough as others.No one is perfect.SO you may see them as pretty on the outside ,but are you sure they has no flaws like really bad attitude or character for all you know?Look at yourself. Pobably you have something unique in you that they dont have?And if you always feel yourself as ugly always and confidence is way low,you'll never make a cut in the working world where most is well groomed.Here's what you do:when you think yourself as ugly,THINK AGAIN:There are stii many ppl out there who ARE MORE uglier than you.But some of them dont really care and they are having the greatest time of their life without letting it affect their lives.Always think postive pal!wishing you the best of luck in your future endeavours!:>

This is a very hard thing to do. It is in a girl's nature to compare themselves to other girls. Trust me, even these "pretty" girls you speak of compare. I know this is easier said than done, but you just have to worry about you. Your focus should not be on other girls, it should be on you. Don't look at other girls and wish you were as pretty and as funny as them. Just worry about making yourself the best you can be. Don't feel ugly, you're not. So what, you want to be just like them? Then you'll just blend in and be another girl in the crowd who thinks looks are everything. You are unique, why would you want to change that? I know it's hard, but don't worry about these girls. I'm sure you have a great personality. Just be yourself and everything will come naturally. You don't want to be liked for someone your not, do you? As the old saying goes, beauty is only skin deep. You have nothing to be ashamed of. You have got to tell yourself you are pretty; as pretty as them. In my mind, the prettiest girls are the confident ones. Just be confident in you. The only person you need to impress is you. If you are happy with yourself, you don't need to compare.

Like I said, I know how hard it is to just stop comparing, because you will always do it. The trick is after you compare, tell yourself you are just as good as her. Just be yourself, and you will be happy.

Well 1st of all... luk at it on the gud side u hve things that pple lyk u 4/2. evry1 is dufferent just cuz she mayb pretty on the outside she may have a hrrible personality & some people are pretty cuz of there personality in the end who do pple won't to hang out w/ a pretty girl w/ a f**** up personality or a beautiful person inside & out. Luv urself 1st then evry1 will luv u 4 who u r. im sre ur pretty ur just thing 2 hard on the matter, in fact they may b jealous of ur beauty.

i use to be the same, but now i know i'm just as good or even better then some girls. i luv myself now :)
